Taking what we have learned so far we can deduce that the easiest songs to start singing with are:
- Within your vocal range
- Familiar to you
- Have no long notes or phrases and so allows for regular, relaxed breaths
- Have lyrics that won’t leave you tongue tied
Just because a song is easy, does not mean that it can’t sound impressive. It is better to sing a simple song well than to try and push out with your boundaries and struggle.
The songs below are some of my suggestions. I have included tips on how to enhance them to make them sound even more impressive!
